Responsibilities
- Handle daily tour, hotel, and transfer reservations.
- Communicate with suppliers, hotels, and partners to confirm bookings.
- Manage booking systems and maintain accurate reservation records.
- Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth travel arrangements.
- Respond promptly to customer and partner inquiries.
- Prepare reservation reports and booking documentation.
Qualifications
- Experience in travel reservations or tourism operations.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple bookings.
