Responsibilities
- Managing hotel portfolio and developing new partnerships
- Continuously analyzing rate and availability competitiveness
- Actively working with channel management systems
- Taking actions to improve search-to-booking conversion
- Monitoring product performance and developing revenue-driven strategies
Qualifications
- Experience in the tourism/travel industry
- Strong analytical mindset (familiar with rate comparison, conversion, and search vs booking dynamics)
- Knowledge of dynamic connectivity and channel management systems
- Experience with Juniper is preferred (considered a strong advantage)
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and commercially driven
